Meet Our Team
John M. Cappeller, Jr. is the founding and managing member of Cappeller Law in Boca Raton, Florida concentrating in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions, Mortgage Financing, Title Insurance, and Business Law; and the Founder and President of Florida Title and Closing Company and Gold Coast Title Company with offices in Boca Raton and Naples, Florida.
In the community John was a 15-year member of the City of Boca Raton Zoning Board of Adjustment and former member of the George Snow Scholarship Fund Scholars Council, the South Palm Beach County YMCA Board and active as counsel and closing agent for Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County.
Professionally, John is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, an agent with Attorney’s Title Fund Services, LLC, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Title Insurance Company. In 2006 and again in 2008 John was named to the President’s Circle by Attorney’s Title Fund Services as one of the top producing attorney title agents in Florida and also received the Outstanding Top Agent Award from Old Republic National Title Insurance Company in 2014, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Through his practice and title agency John has closed thousands of transactions throughout Florida and issued title insurance policies totaling $100,000,000 to $200,000,000 per year throughout most of his career.
John was born in Erie, Pennsylvania in 1962. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Finance in 1984 and from the Sheppard Broad Law School of Nova Southeastern University (J.D.) in 1987. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in July 1987 and admitted to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida in September 1988.
John is a resident of Boca Raton since 1972, where he lives with his wife Jill.
Kristina F. Iantosca is Vice President of Florida Title & Closing Company and Director of the Naples office. As one of the original Florida Title team members, she helped establish the company’s 20-year reputation for excellence, integrity, and white-glove service.
A Naples native, Kristina has deep roots in the Southwest Florida community and over two decades of experience in the title industry. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida (1997) and her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (2001). As a licensed title agent with Old Republic National Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, she brings her expertise and a passion for delivering smooth, reliable closings.
Kristina is also a licensed realtor and active member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors, supporting the local real estate community.
Throughout her career, Kristina has successfully closed major developer condominium projects that have defined the landscape of Naples and Bonita Bay. Additionally, she’s closed residential purchases and sales transactions for celebrities and professional athletes. Her extensive experience, discretion and commitment to quality make her a trusted partner for buyers, sellers, developers and real estate professionals throughout the region.
Beyond the office, Kristina enjoys spending time with her Fiancé traveling and enjoying culinary experiences, along with spending time outdoors with her Italian Greyhound, Meatball.
As Vice President of Florida Title and Closing Company Stephanie oversees escrow and closing operations, business development, and client relations ensuring that every transaction meets the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. Known for her detail-oriented approach and deep understanding of high-end residential transactions, Stephanie works closely with sellers, buyers, investors, developers and real estate professionals to achieve seamless, stress-free closings.
Stephanie is a licensed title agent with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and a certified Remote On-Line Notary (RON). Bringing knowledge of the title industry to ensure smooth closings – no matter how complex. Stephanie is also a licensed realtor and active member of RWorld serving all of Palm Beach and Broward County.
A Boca Raton native, Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida Atlantic University and her Paraprofessional Certification.
Colleen is the Director of Marketing at Florida Title & Closing Company. She has been associated with the title and real estate industry since 2000 and joined John Cappeller as a Title and Escrow Officer in 2013, managing the daily operations and office administration. In 2020 Florida Title purchased Gold Coast Title Company and Colleen played a key role in the process by assisting with the onboarding and transition of agents and employees. In 2021, Colleen transitioned to Florida Title where she continued as a Title and Escrow Officer and oversees daily operations including office administration and compliance.
As a result of her early career in the hospitality industry Colleen has extensive training in customer service, retail management and front-end staff training that has positioned her well as Director of Marketing for Florida Title.
Colleen attended Florida State University, where she studied Fashion Merchandising. She is active in her community as a former board member for the Diaper Bank of South Florida, has leadership experience with the Junior League of Boca Raton, is an active member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, and an affiliate member with the Broward, Palm Beach and St. Lucie Board of Realtors participating holding various committee assignments.
